I am a highly conscientious and trustworthy individual fully qualified & certified to provide the legal requirement of an up to date EPC certificate when selling or renting your property. I work in conjunction with several Worcester estate agents who have provided testimonials at the bottom of this page and I have verified work related references available on request.

I am fully CRB checked and have full public indemnity insurance for your added peace of mind, both certificates will be provided on day of survey and may be viewed prior to appointment on request. 

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC)

An Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement to be provided to a potential buyer or tenant and must be provided when a house is being sold or rented, Energy Performance Certificates are valid for 10 years and you can check if your home has a valid EPC via www.gov.uk/buy-sell-your-home/energy-performance-certificates. If your home doesn't have a valid EPC then most estate agencies will refuse to market the property and you will also be liable for a fine. I am a fully subscribed member of Stroma.... professional building control & certifcation body who hold all my qualifications and CRB certificates on record.

We are able to take work requirements as far in advance as you so require and dependant on workload ..... do our utmost to facilitate any short term requests you may have. We also realise the importance of you gaining the completed report so will aim for you to be in possession of your EPC certificate within 48 hours from inspection.
